Here are some answers to questions we ghet asked regularly and may help with your query.

Orders received are being processed as normal, we aim to ship orders within three working days of receiving your order.

(Orders after 5pm are classed as being received the next working)

Automated emails are sent for Confirmation and Shipping, Please check your emails (Including Spam/Junk Folders)

UK Orders are shipped for free using Royal Mail, delivery times can vary, but the aim is 2-3 business days.

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days before contacting us.

International orders will have Shipping options at checkout. Costs will be calculated automatically.

International orders may be delayed by your countries customs process. Please allow a minimum of 15 business days before contacting us.

If you want to be able to track your order, please select the International Tracked option.

If you are interested in selling our points over the counter at your retail shop, please send us an email requesting pricing lists.

Please include details of your business (Name, Address, Website)

We aren't currently looking to add players to our Sponsorship portfolio.

As it is mid year, we like to concentrate out time on the players we already have on board to give them the required support.

We will be looking at renewing sponsorships in December.

If you are organising an event to raise funds for Charities, we may be able to provide you with a prize bundle to support your efforts.
